Our Medical Director

Dr. James R. Carroll is Board Certified in family medicine and has special interests in geriatrics and hospice care. He attended undergraduate school at North Carolina State University, graduate school at Clemson University, medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina, and residency in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Dr. Carroll has a medical practice located in Nichols, South Carolina.

He enjoys working with the hospice team as they help patients and their families work thorough the end of life process. As medical director, he makes routine home visits, and is always available to help the hospice patients and their families.
