About Shepherd Care Hospice

Shepherd Care Hospice has been serving North Eastern South Carolina families facing serious illnesses, and providing support to those who have lost loved ones. We desire to walk alongside patients as they approach the end of their lives, always maintaining an attitude of hopefulness and focusing on quality of life.

We are licensed by the State of South Carolina and are independently and locally owned. Locally owned and operated means decisions regarding admissions, care plans, even special requests from patients and families can be addressed quickly and individually. Hospice should never be a "one size fits all" service. Locally owned and operated also means our professional team of physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, hospice aides and volunteers are dedicated to completing the circle of care for our patients - our family, our friends, and our neighbors.
